Job Description
- Handle administrative tasks and coordinate branch manager’s schedule
- Coordinate internal meetings, reports, assist branch manager in ppt/write up/reporting
- Coordinate with HQ and external parties in organizing events in Hangzhou
- Work with RMs to summarize monthly financial performance and data maintenance
- Monitor and follow up with RM to ensure there is no condition/annual review overdue
- Assist RM for facility drawdown/ rollover/ remittance and other transactions
- Prepare account opening documents, follow through the account opening process
- Assist RM to conduct due diligence and onboarding of customers
- Conduct company search and loan card search for new established/ reviewed facilities
- Direct report to branch manager. No subordinate reporting line.
- Prepare various management report such as revenue tracking report, customer limit report, facility coming due report, and fees register etc
- Assist RMs in account opening and customer due diligence
- Assist RMs in BU operation related work
- Degree holder or above
- Team player
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, hardworking, confident individual
