• Provide quality customer services to our customers;
• Handle customers' enquires and complaints ;
• Prepare reports and conduct survey.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline ;
• 1-2 years experiences in customer services experience especially in domestics logistics ;
• Good interpersonal, communications and telephone handling skills ;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient computer literature andfamiliar with MS Words and MS Excel.

Location : Tin Shui Wai (Lau Fau Shan)
