Job Description
The Customer Service Officer will respond to customers via phone and emails and ensure the smooth operations of the Customer Service Department.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide appropriate, prompt and proactive response to customers.
  • Prompt and efficient response to customers.
  • Take calls and respond to emails
  • Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by reporting manager
 
Job Requirements
  • Minimally Nitec certification or higher
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (or other email platforms).
  • Experience in delivering good customer services.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
