主要職務:

• 協助營運總監管理多間診所，有機會在不同地點工作
• 極有效地作內外溝通，向客戶提供優質中醫藥服務
• 指導及提升團隊的客戶服務和銷售技巧
• 帶領團隊達成公司定下的目標
• 配合公司的策略，協調各個部份，使各診所運作暢順。
  
  

• Assists the Operations Director to manage several clinics, chances to work in different locations
• Work with other parties to provide high quality service about Chinese Medicine
• Train up team members and raise their customer service and selling skills
• Lead the team to complete the company goals
• Cope with the company’s strategies, actively cooperate with different partners for the smooth running of the clinics

職位要求

• 相關文憑或學位
• 2年或以上相關工作經驗
• 具零售行業工作經驗為佳
• 中英文良好及懂應用一般電腦軟件
• 良好的溝通能力、有領導才能及能獨立處事
• 願意輪班輪休及到不同地方工作
  
  

• Relevant diploma or degree
• 2 or more years of related working experience
• Working experience in retail industry preferred.
• Good in Chinese and English, ability to use common software(s)
• Good communication and leadership skills, can work independently
• Willing to work on shift including on Saturday and Sunday and in different areas of HK.
