Reporting:
This position reports to Supply Chain Director

General description:
This position holder is the manager of customer service team. Objective is to provide the best service to the clients, proactive communication and correct, timely information.

Main tasks:
1. Assign tasks for team members according to the company business department and customer order requirements, supervise and check order implementation and settlement.

2. Design and implement new service model to support sales and customer’s needs;

3. Work with sales to take and follow up order from sales team/customers;

4. Work together with production planning team for the good production plan;

5. Support to collect and feedback customer needs, assist to handle customer complaints;

6. Proactive documents process establishment;

7. System key user and coordinator for business required functionalities improvement and implementation, especially for system process perspective;

8. SAP role requestor for SD module;

9. Prepare reality sales report and stock reconciliation report on monthly end base to mill controlling;

10. Daily stock level follow up and push relatives to release the volume from mill WH;

11. Administration support to sales, including support and coordinate seminars, customer events;

12. Develop team rules and regulations and standard operating process;

13. Organize team meeting, training and assessment, develop their work skills;

14. Follow up stock and clean up slow moving stocks;

15. Dispatching management by working together with warehouse and logistic;

16. Credit control and money collection;

17. Optimize SAP process to fulfill operation and business needs;

18. Responsible for performance appraisal and evaluation of team members;

19. Responsible for daily management and team construction;

20. Other relevant tasks and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3-5years experience for customer service job
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Capable to work in teams and independently
  • Patient and careful
  • Analyzing/logical thinking
  • Team player
  • Customer service mindset
  • Organized and good planning skills
  • Good office software skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
