工作描述 Job Description:
  • 内部团队管理 Be able to manage internal team;
  • 客诉处理 Customer complain handling;
  • 定期客户会议 Regular meeting with customer;
  • 维护与发展客户关系 Develop and maintain good relationship with assigned customers;
  • 执行部门与客户之间的协调,确保生意成功 Coordination between operation and customer to ensure business success;
  • 接收并详尽传达客户技术与商务要求 To receive and clarify customer requirements clearly, both technical and commercial;
  • 引导报价流程 To lead quotation process with solution;
  • 分析执行部门的绩效,负责评估管理KPI Analysis operation performance, responsible for KPI measurement and management

岗位要求 Job Requirement:
  • 3-5年相关工作经验 At least 3 to 5 years operation experience of related aspect, like customer service/order management;
  • 理解订单管理流程 Good understanding of order management process;
  • 良好的沟通 Strong ability in communication;
  • 有意向从事大客户经理工作 desire to accept key customer service manager responsibility.
