Job Description
Primary Responsibility:
- Provides pre-sales and after-sales service to customers.
- Represents the procedures of the customer service department.
- Cross function as a bridge to make sure project achievement
- Follow up and resolve the complaint from client. Handle customer returns and exchanges.
- Expedites service and repairs. Provides special pricing for non-standard items.
- Also directs and coordinates the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
- Tracks sale shipments, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary.
- Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
- Monitoring, planning and implementation of whole sales orders that support order processing activities
- Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and over 5 years of related experience.
- To manage CSR team for both sales administration and service customer service
- Vital on communication from sales to corporate.
- Fluent English and Oracle experience are preffered.
