Job Description

Primary Responsibility:


  • Provides pre-sales and after-sales service to customers.
  • Represents the procedures of the customer service department.
  • Cross function as a bridge to make sure project achievement
  • Follow up and resolve the complaint from client. Handle customer returns and exchanges.
  • Expedites service and repairs. Provides special pricing for non-standard items.
  • Also directs and coordinates the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
  • Tracks sale shipments, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
  • Monitoring, planning and implementation of whole sales orders that support order processing activities
  • Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements


Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and over 5 years of related experience.
  • To manage CSR team for both sales administration and service customer service
  • Vital on communication from sales to corporate.
  • Fluent English and Oracle experience are preffered.
