Job Description

  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure timely, friendly, and excellent Customer Service;
  • Lead CS team on overall transportation business includes sea and air and railway and warehouse and supply chain process, import and export, collect and prepaid, and key account shipments.
  • Supervise all daily operations of CS team members and ensure compliance within SOPs, current procedures, and Company's policies
  • Maintain customer relationship for key accounts and ensure to match all key account requirement well.
  • Distribute instructions and ensure CS team members to follow up and operate in line;
  • Build and keep good relationship with all vendors and carriers in order to build up CBX GLOBAL Chongqing pricing structure.
  • Maintain regular customer tariffs and monitor all activities including rate or service updates.
  • Handle Customers' complaints, claims follow ups, and coordinate with other concerned departments on related issues,whatever are FOB customers or FREEHAND customers.
  • To guide and train both new and existing team members regularly.
  • Monitor team members' performance and workload consistently; and provide assistance where and when necessary.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing manual and system procedures then propose improvement / changes where required. Follow up on the proposal, carry out the implementation on the process improvement proposal, checking and affirming the result of the changes to the upper management.
  • Back up for other team members when necessary.
