With that in mind, the Successful Candidate
- Ensures high operation standards by the team to upkeep the Company’s corporate image
- Manages client relationships and solicit feedback for service enhancement
- Continuously review operation processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Performs training and development for the team
- Actively promotes the Company’s value-added services
What Is Expected
- Degree, Diploma in Business, Hospitality and/or related fields
- A self-starter with strong initiative, drive, passion and attentiveness to detail
- Business savvy, broad experience and proven track record in a corporate, high customer-contact environment
- Prior working experience in a leadership capacity with leading global airlines, hotels, integrated resorts and/or high-end service enterprises will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present to executive decision makers
