DBI Plastics seeks Regional Account Manager

Role description
This role will play a central part in the company’s sales strategies under own responsibilities. You will work with some of the key global customers with decision makers primarily in the Asian region with a very high growth potential.
Job Description
- Employee will get fully trained in Sales procedures, Internal Sales Support, Order entry and confirmation, Internal invoicing, master planning of supplies received from DK, Plan of shipping of finished products and customs clearance
- Warehouse management (basically ensure DSV continue to perform, and optimize processes for shipping/warehousing)
- Financial follow/approving of DSV costs etc
- Financial follow with customers (VAT invoicing and payments not on time)
- Follow up with DK on invoicing/payments for materials from DK
- Reporting KPI – locally to country manager and to logistic DK
- Setup/change/maintain master data for new items (expected sales volumes etc)
- Other tasks/responsibilities related to daily operation of the office in Shanghai
Recruitment Profile Qualifications and competencies:
Education: Technical and/or business degree; Bachelor Degree
Languages: Chinese Mandarin (native) and English (fluently)
Candidate should have more than 3-year successful experience with sales.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset with hunger for results (Self-motivated, proactive, diligent and very result minded)
Preferable experience from the automotive industry and/or fasteners and fixings or other industries.
Experience of working in an international sales environment (Preferable knowledge within solution selling) with the ability to communicate market and competitor information back to the central offices.

Terms and Conditions
6 months probation period
Benefits: 15 days holiday per calendar year based on a five-day-week. Travel, on boarding training, holiday presents, health check, team building.
