Customer Service Executive (Ukrainian)

Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Operation Executive(Customer Service Executive) need to work under company standards and service contract requirements, to delivery travel assistance, medical coordination & concierge service to our customers in fluent Ukrainian.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming and handle outgoing calls from customers in Ukraine region in a prompt, warm and courteous manner in line with company standards.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, 3rd party providers and internal colleagues, take the role of coordinator in the course of service delivery.
• Work in the team environment to ensure each case properly handled.
• Work towards achieving on all objectives set for department and individual.
• Work on other projects assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Colleague degree or above
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English (verbal and written), Chinese will be a plus
• Excellent PC and typing skills, especially in Microsoft word & excel
• Available to work align with Ukraine time zone
• Can handle multiple and urgent tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Experiences in call center/customer services are advantage
