Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Parent Consultation Hotline
  • Conduct parent workshop or seminar in providing product and service orientation
  • Provide service support in membership programs


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Customer oriented, good presentation and problem-solving skill
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Being an ex-member of our company is a definite advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred

For Full Time:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 to 18:30

For Part Time:

  • 4 days a week: Flexible working hours (usually 4 hours per day, 2pm-6pm), weekend availability is a definite advantage
