Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, request and complaints
  • Handle customer requests on dispute transaction, re-issue of statement, sales slip or other information retrieval
  • Maintain and update customer information upon request
  • Assist Marketing department in telemarketing of credit card product


Requirements

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in credit card products
  • Night shift duty is required
  • Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
