Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for resolving customer’s enquiries by phone call and email. Working with other function to find solution and feedback to customers.
- Provides after-sales service to customer, such as: lead time check, delivery check, payment issue, invoice issues, work flow inquiry, contract approval management and so on。
- Process goods return and ensure customer has smooth experience in returning goods to R
- Handle customer payment enquiries
- Follow up on all Open Orders and Back Orders to meet billing targets
- Handling complains with good communication skill. Coordinate internal resource to work out final solution and satisfy customer.
- Well understand customer needs and provide professional and gracious service to customer.
- Process necessary correspondences, invoices or any documentations required by customers thru fax and emails
- Identify buy signal during the communication. Record sales leads, new valuable contact information.
- Provide replacement, accessory products to customer and enhance upselling and crossing selling.
- Other jobs arranged by Team Leader or Team Manager.
Person Specification
- Education Qualification �Cuniversity graduate from any discipline
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills both internal and external. Passionate to deliver excellent service to customers. Strong service mindset.
- Basic Keyboard skills are essential �C typing test minimum attain average score.
- Basic Internet knowledge essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook essential.
- Fast learner and good team player.
