?The role sits within Credit Services business, one of our Global Business lines.
?Experian Credit Services helps organisations to evaluate the risks and rewards associated with providing credit to consumers and businesses.
Job purpose
?Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organisation’s service standards.
?Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or Technology/Operation areas. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
?Analyse customer service needs for communication to Sales, Operation and Technology departments.
?Requires ability to navigate a computerised data entry system or other relevant applications. The successful candidate must also be able to solve problems and work independently to address a variety of situations with different customers.
Key Responsibilities
?Daily order entry and processing and fulfilment in a timely, accurate and professional manner
?Usage stimulation and revenue quota achievements statistics and relative communications with internal functions
?Customer contact, customer relation maintaining support field sales in order to promote Experian image and products
?Handle customer questions and complaints, timely problem solving in respect of customer experience
?Accounts receivable collections, billing and settlement tracking and reports preparation
?Efficient internal and external communication to promote seamless cross-functional collaboration inside the organization.
Skills & Experience
?Good at written and oral English,CET4 at least。
?Good at Office including Word, Excel, PPT
?Experience in Customer Service field is preferred
?Knowledge of accounting and credit report is perfect
Qualifications
?Team spirit, good communication skills
?Matured, patient, proactive and self-motivated
