We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic customer service executives to join our team.
You should notice this is a full-time position working 40 hours over 5 days per week, including 1 or 2 days at the weekend.
Main responsibilities:
Contacting existing customers by telephone.
Database input and management.
Promoting the company by attending events.
Updating social media.
Calendar management
Answering customer enquiries via email, telephone, and WeChat
Requirements:
Related experience will be advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
Native speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills
Good communicator with positive can-do attitude
Service-oriented with friendly and outgoing personality
IT literacy
