- Ensure that all claims are registered in system.
- According to the company's claim process to deal with all customer claims. A preliminary response to the complainant should be within 24 hours. The major claims should be reported to the supervisor and manager in time.
- Follow up and monitor the claim handling process in SCK. Ensure that the replacement be delivered in time. as well as the timely transfer the claim information to related dept for handling. Follow up the feedback from them.
- Responsible for the GCM information maintenance and the financial closure.
- Ensure the returned parts were analysis and processed in time.
- Responsible for the claim handling of domestic and foreign suppliers.
- To be trained about safety production rules and quality rules.
- Strictly comply with the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures, PPE is required.
Mobility needs you
- More than 2 years working experience in production, technology, quality or customer service of electromechanical enterprises
- Familiar with the production process of mechanical and electrical products.
- Mature stable, strong sense of responsibility,
- Good execution;
- Good interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation and communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
