1 MAINTAIN THE STABLE AND RELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO N/O

a. Work closely with PMD to secure proper DIFOT within a cross-department cooperation and cross-functional management of resources.

b. Maintain the stable service in helpdesk system to support N/O on special request.

c. Provide support in the ad hoc case

2 MAINTAIN THE STABLE AND EFFICIENT ORDER CONSOLIDATION

a. Optimize the N/O order fulfillment in the IIC MOQ Order Consolidation by providing solution (Add Qty, Upcharge, alternative SKU) with PMD information exchange.

b. Ensure the on time and accurate Order Consolidation in order date with close communication with OPO Regional Team

3 GUARANTEE ORDER FULFIMMENT IN EB SHIPMENT

a. Optimize information sharing with PMD to anticipate delays and shortages and provide reliable order status to N/O along with the best solutions.

b. Ensure N/O high satisfaction for all EB orders by only shipping requested quality.

c. Guide factories towards DIFOT with a strict up-front penalty system to sanction product requirement deviation, delayed shipment and shortages.

4 ENSURE THE EB COMMISSION AND DEVELOPEMNT FEE IS HANDLED ACCURATELY AND ON-TIME

a. Ensure the accurate and on-time commission handling with N/Os

b. Ensure the accurate and on-time development fee handling with Suppliers

5 EXTEND IOF SERVICE AFTER SHIPPING TO BUILD TRUST AND IMPROVE FURTHER

a. Ensure to understand the N/O and customer latest satisfaction by survey and communication.

b. Provide the Corrective and Preventative Action plan to improve on the overall customer satisfaction.

c. Maintain record of Non-Quality case to provide the annual figure in monthly base.

d. Support and advice the regional teammate in the problem case

e. Provide positive support to any task assigned by a Direct Superior and Manager
