Job Description:

Procurement helpdesk is responsible to provide customer service for both internal and external customers through the Accenture procurement process and systems. The helpdesk agent is required to master the given process and apply knowledge to help customers to address their process/system related queries by providing timely and accurate support, analyzing and solving system issues in collaboration with other support teams.

The position also involves: 

  • Responding to all customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels
  • Developing and recommending solutions to meet customer requirements in the most effective and efficient method possible
  • Ensuring that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated to the appropriate person/Team
