Job Description 

• Provide quality service to customers
• Handle customer enquiries
• Assist in daily operations in shopping centre

Requirements 

• Form 7 or above, 1 year’s working experience in customer service in hotel, property management or shopping malls
• Has initiative and enthusiasm in serving clients
• Speaks fluent English and Cantonese with good communication skills
• Has computer literacy ( MS Office )
