Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • By acting as a coordinator internally and externally for cargo tracing and tracking, shipment

connecting arrangement and general enquiries;

  • By looking into customer’s requests and complaints;
  • By preparing sales reports and monitoring sales results and customers’ performance;
  • By providing information to accounting for invoicing;
  • By conveying the news and issuing circulars to customers about flight schedule updating etc;
  • By performing sales administrative tasks


Qualification Requirements:


  • University graduate or equivalent;
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Can work independently and able to work under pressure
