1.Support Engineering Division in developing and implementing plans and goals in the APAC Region
2.Coordinate the activity of the Engineering Division in the region, interacting with HQ, regional colleagues and local agents, in order to keep updating the projects status
3.Prepare quotations and bidding documents, including translation whenever necessary
4.Support interactions with customers with Spare parts and service requests
5.Support the collection of outstanding balances from customers
6.Oversee and conduct research on product target markets, customers, regulatory and activities of competitors
7.Assist in budgeting and monitoring sales expenses in the APAC region
8.Create reports and submit them to the Sales Head
9.Support to company Budget draft and periodical Forecast of sales, for the APAC region
10.Provide timely and effective administrative support for Sales Head
11.Other task assigned by Sales Head.
Responsibility:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Major in Business, Foreign Trade etc.;
2.Minimum 2 years' experience in related function, know the business process is preferred;
3.Soft skills and behaviors: · Good command in both written & spoken English, proficient at office computer skills. · Committed to customer and to service with sense of urgency and accountability. · Reporting Skills · Cross cultural (national and functional cultures) flexibility. · Dynamic learner. Team player, feels responsible for clarifying technical topics. · Able to work in complicated scope and measured by multiple dimensions.
