Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Process and follow up on daily orders according to established policy and procedures.
2. Act as key contact to answer customer' inquiries. Establish and maintain professional relationship with customers.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments for customer complaints and ensuring that issue is resolved and communicated back to customers.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. 2 years of customer service experience in multinational companies. (priority)
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Good communication skill.
5. SAP knowledge is a plus.
6. Strong PC skills.
7. Be patient and careful.
8. Team work.
