Job Description

Responsibility:

Handle daily air cargo & sea cargo operations, dealing with clients and our vendors;

Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement;

Monitor and track cargo flow together with carrier and vendor;

Monitor AR and follow up with clients for timely payments;

Prepare the payment request;

Submit the approved payment request with original invoices to Finance Dept. on monthly basis;

Other tasks assigned by branch manager


Requirement:

Basic forwarding knowledge for handling procedures of sea and air cargo.

Good communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.CET-4 or above.

Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality to work independent.

Results-orientated and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Associate degree or above.
