1. Daily response requirement from sales team or customers in time.
2. Daily receive sales orders from sales team or customers, and check it with sales forecast/plan, and then put it in SAP and confirm delivery date in time.
3. Daily review and analysis the system EDI orders or datum from customer’s website.
4. Order management, follow up open orders status and align demands change with internal team (material planning and Production planning) and sales team for evaluate material or capacity status as well as try to catch up all demands, filing all documents as required.
5. Make sure on time delivery for all demand, communicating with manufacture team about the production and delivery issues and processing necessary shipping documents in SAP.
6. Support customer complaints and work with team for best solution.
7. Collect/update forecast data from sales team or customers, maintain demand planning database in SAP.
8. Payment and invoice issue handling.
9. Complete tasks timely and effectively assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. 2~3 years customer service experience and be skilled on SAP system processing
2. College degree or above, with better English both on oral and written, be patient and take the job seriously.
3. Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
4. Familar with MTO & MTS
