- 确认客户货款情况；
- 按库存情况在系统中做发货通知；
- 通知客户相关发货情况；
- 与销售人员沟通，维护价格体系；
- 与销售人员、客户沟通，了解客户预测信息，并将信息反馈给制造部和采购物流部；
- 与销售人员、客户沟通，了解产品的品质状况，并向质量部反映客户投诉；
- 通过电话或邮件形式进行季度客户回访，了解客户对于服务、产品质量方面的信息，并反馈给其他相关部门；
- 每年进行两次满意度调查，对调查结果进行分析并给客户进行答复；
- 上级安排的其他工作。
- 教育背景:
- 受过沟通技巧培训，受过报关员培训；
- 销售助理，客服或相关工作经验2年以上；
- 熟悉本公司产品，丰富的沟通技巧；
- 反应灵活，判断力强，善于分析问题；
- 熟练操作办公软件；
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
- 了解进出口方面的知识；
- 工作努力，积极进取，良好的沟通、协调、组织能力；
- 高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
- 较强的观察力和应变能力。
