Job Duties:

1. To handle booking &documentation, service inquiries, etc;

2. To resolve customer issues at first point of contact;

3. To ensure the accuracy of all reports and forecasts;

4. To provide customer assistance to utilize Company’s service (equipment, routing);

5. To cooperate with other teams &agents to handle the clients’ inquiries with professional service manner;

6. To maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor and communication;


Requirements:

1. University graduate, major in Logistics/International Trade is preferred;

2. Excellent English communication skills, with CET 4 or above is preferred;

3. Good PC skills in Windows / Excel / Word;

4. Initiative, positive, can work under pressures;

5. Good communication skills and sense of teamwork.

1. 大学本科或以上学历,物流或航运管理等相关专业毕业优先;

2. CET-4级或以上,英语听说读写流利;

3. 熟练运用电脑及OFFICE软件;

4. 认真细心,思路清晰,能承受工作压力;

5. 良好的沟通技能,团队合作精神佳。
