Learn To
Create and maintain an effective liaison between the company and customers to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality service;
Follow up customer requests, orders and deliveries;
Handle correspondences over phones and through emails;
Work with Customer service specialists to schedule transportation for product pick-up and coordinates all shipments with customers;
Prepare materials and monthly invoice summary;
Check and update ERP system;
Other duties as required by the line manager that are commensurate with the grade

Who are highly interested in customer service and relationship management with excellent command in English (written and spoken).
Who are in relevant major, such as Business English, Business Administration, International Economics and Trade, Logistics.
Need To
Team-player with outstanding communication skills
Patience with service mind-set
Problem solving and multi-tasking
Accuracy, detail oriented, organized
Efficient in MS Office software and online systems
Willing to travel within sub-factories.
