Job Description
Responsibility:
To follow up company standardized operation procedure.
- Check discrepancy of vendor booking;to get client’s approval before cargo shipped out.
- 检查供应商提交订舱的不符点;确保在货物出运前拿到客户的确认
- Create booking with carrier directly or agent timely.
- 及时向船公司和代理提交订舱
- Release booking to vendor with high-efficiency and accuracy.
- 高效准确地向工厂发放入货通知
- Working with related department internal and external to ship the cargo out smoothly.
- 协调公司内外相关部门确保货物顺利出运
- Complete data input in system with high accuracy and efficiency.
- 确保及时准确地录入系统。
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
大学本科或以上学历
2.CET-4 or above, fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
CET-4 或以上,流利的英文读写能力
3.Strong Ability to use office software.
熟练运用办公软件的能力
4.5-8years working experience in logistics company.
5-8年相关工作经验,集运货操作经验优先
