Job Description

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:



  • Ensure smooth Import task operation in adherence to client SOP
  • Provide good customer service to consignee and customer
  • SCM performance management
  • Good team spirit
  • Logistics expertise consultancy and optimization


Specific responsibilities of the position:



  • Ensure smooth Import task operation in adherence to client SOP


  • Ensure smooth operation in adherence to client SOP;

  • On water report follow up on daily basis, track & trace and inform consignee about shipment delay timely, to help enhance ”to door” visibility to customer;

  • Daily follow up on KPI and Tarifa system update;

  • Reply internal and external email within 24 hours;

  • Exceptional case follow up and resolution in a timely manner;


  • Provide good customer service to consignee and customer


  • Improve satisfaction level of internal parties and external 3PLs;

  • Answer telephone in three rings;

  • Deliver service with high data quality and timely response;

  • Enhance effective communication with consignee and relating partners to build up good relationship;

  • SCM performance management


  • Manage SCMs performance adhere to the requirement of SOP;

  • Coordinate with all SCMs for import process, including coordinating the origin performance, such as on time document collection;

  • Monitor and evaluate SCM performance on regualr basis, KPI set up and optimization;

  • Work with SCMs to manage exceptional case and always help customer make the best decision upon considering efficiency and extra cost balance;

  • Audit the debit note of SCMs based on agreement tariff;


  • Show good team spirit


  • Backup and give support to teammates when necessary;

  • Actively participate in team activities;

  • Initiatively seek continuous improvement in working efficiency and share ebst pracrise within the team;


  • Logistics expertise consultancy and optimization


  • Provide professional logistics advice to customer for consultancy;

  • Organize concall to discuss solution for emergency with joint efforts of internal parties and external SCMs;
