As a CRM Controller (Ultrasound), you will be responsible for: Trusted partner to the Head of Sales Operations at Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound, responsible for growth and financial performance of Ultrasound Preparing the monthly reporting package (analysis, key findings, and creation of reports for the management) Approving deal escalations (incl. UDET update), evaluating their impact on the P&L Bringing transparency on the impact of growth and turnaround measures on the P&L (define measuring methodology, etc.) Evaluating the impact on gross margin of the top-line development, including regional and product mix Developing, improving, and publishing the necessary financial reports underpinning zone performance Defining the SG&A and profit targets during the MTA, as well as forecasting, tracking and evaluating risk / opportunities Developing long-term planning, integrating the impact from TOM/CIC Improving financial reporting systems and incorporating predictive insights and system-based forecasting methods for improved accuracy and predictability to allow detailed and fact-based decision making Liaising and building strong collaboration with zones and functions (i.e. performance controlling, order-to-cash, marketing) Developing reporting structures, service level agreements and alignment of CIC structure with relevant stakeholders Managing HQ MSC, CS cost center controlling Partnering with the Ultrasound Customer Service organization to manage financial topics related customer service Driving continuous improvements and simplifications of existing tools in Finance, e.g. digitalization efforts Courtesy board handling, Special Condition Form approvals and credit memo approvals Financial support for special projects This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, Jedox, think cell Strong understanding of financial and operational accounting Ability to simultaneously manage & prioritize multiple high priority projects Strong analytical and presentation skills Very good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area(s); advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years in Accounting/Finance roles Willing to travel up to 20% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
