Management to customer quality requirement and get high satisfaction.Customer Complaint, improvement, warranty issue, Customer satisfaction

Main Tasks
Customer complaint(VW/Suzuki/ZF/ChangAn/Volvo/FAW/Geely/BMW)
  • Problem solving/8D
  • Cycle time control
  • Quality Status _PPM
  • Sorting Management

Warranty
  • Warranty agreement
  • Analysis
  • Appeal to customer
  • Quality Dispute

Customer Quality Calculation
  • Handle Issue according Customer Complaint Management
  • Problem Solving & Corrective Action
  • Follow BUspecific requirements (if applicable, e.g. for escalation)

Customer specific general
  • Customer questionary
  • Customer Manual
  • Customer requirement feedback, eg. engineering ,operations
  • Legal application

Customer Audit( In mass production)
  • Regular Audit
  • SelfAudit
  • Corrective action

Customer performance rating
  • Customer portal
  • Inquire
  • Score card
  • Corrective action
  • Award monitor /plan

Change management
  • PPAP document /PSW
  • Deviation
  • Communication window

Required experience
College degree or coequal degree, CET6 and good listening/speaking, written at English
One year quality experience or semiconductor, knowledge of Applied Physics, good communication skills, know quality tools(8D/SPC, FMEA ETC.)
