To accompany our growth and our development in Japan, we are looking for our future Country Manager.

To strengthen our team in China, we are looking for our future Customer Quality Manager.

Within the Quality Department, you are the privileged interlocutor for the customers during the development phase and validation of the new projects as well as during their industrialization.

In this context, your mission is to animate and manage the customer quality relationship as well as the engineering department.

You manage two teams of engineers:

  • The Engineeringdepartment (12 people) is dedicated to the validation of the technical specifications, the tooling realization and the validation of the samples;
  • The Customer Qualitydepartment (2 people) has a mission to streamline our customer interface during the production phase.

In an international work environment, your missionsare mainly:

  • Customer relationship by managing the Customer Quality department and the Engineering department;
  • Audits and customer visits to our partners;
  • Validation of samples and associated deliverables (COC or PPAP) as well as product qualification tests conducted in our laboratory (APQP & Safe Launch);
  • Customer interface for resolving quality disputes, together with a multidisciplinary team;
  • Continuous improvement of Customer Quality and Engineering services.

You are reponsible for all the appropriate actions to run and develop the activity in a permanent optimization.

In this context, you collaborate with the Supplier Quality Department.

Our Chinese structure is more than 220 people, of which about 40 people are assigned to the Quality Service.

You are able to coach a team of Chinese engineers and have good customer relationship skills.

You speak and write English fluently (mandatory).

Beyond your technical skills, you are curious and responsive. You also have a real sense of the Customer Service and you are looking for evolving your environment. You are a manager able to develop your teams.

You will join an international Group established in China for 20 years and work for a international company of human scale.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, knowledge in engineering field or equivalent industry experience required
  • A successful experience in a position as a Quality Engineer or Development Engineer required
  • Good technical understanding and knowledge of PCBs as well as quality tools are required
  • You are fluent in English (a good level is expected in this job), Chinese and/or French are a plus

Position based in China (Chang'An, Dongguan) in an international work environment.

Salary package will be based on profile and experience.
