Job Description
Amsterdam Based Role - up to 150k EURO per year

Responsibilities
• Community operations: play a part in the preparation and implementation of European
customer rights, customer community strategy, and the operation and management of
customer IP. Empowering the user communities in various national markets to improve their
operational capabilities.
• Marketing coordination and support: integrate European marketing timing, planning and
communication, and marketing performance. Conduct the regional support of marketing
assets in various national markets.
• Customer satisfaction operation: participate in the European customer satisfaction
evaluation system and be responsible for European region customer satisfaction. Work to
continuously improve the level and capacity of customer satisfaction in various markets.
• Service coordinator operation: responsible for building the European Regional Online
Service Dispatch Centre, including site selection, service quality, operational system, daily
operation training, and management.
• Network development: be involved in the preparation and planning layout of our new
European region design-centric showrooms. Ensure that the planned objectives for network
developments in the target market regions are completed on time, and within the assigned
budget and resources.
• Space experience design: share in the creation of our European showroom design
standards, continuously improving the design level and quality. Complete the design process
through efficient management, delivering high-quality design on time.
• Training and Enabling: participate in the construction of the European Regional Training
Enablement workflow, checking each country has completed training work as planned, whilst
improving training quality, tools, and systems.

Candidate Requirements
• A minimum of 10-15 years of Automotive industry experience; ideally with experience
in the EV market
• Strong customer/user operations experience and innovative vision
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Outstanding team leadership ability and skills
• Strong English language skills required. German language written and verbal skills a plus
