Job Purpose:
The role is designed for mid-frontier management of PRC customers, including transportation operations, and customer logistics project implementation and on-going customer engagement and coordinate together with sales team. In this context, the role will maintain PRC’s service level to better delight customers and continuously improve operation process and solution in an efficient way.
Customer Engagement
1. Playing as implementation delegation of operation team, owns the deliverables of customer direct ship project, esp. for customers of modern trade. Stakeholders are customers, counterparts from teams of sales, marketing, finance, and 3PLs.
2. Accessing customers in the cases of their logistics requirements, capabilities and emerging needs to build up customer trust.
3. Managing the supply trade term negotiations, implementation and compliance as necessary.
4. Impact inter-company processes of product flow, information flow, and finance flow.
Transportation Operation
1. Managing/developing transportation system and work processes.
2. Daily collaboration with warehouse, customers, 3PLs to identify and mitigate the transportation opportunities.
3. Daily transportation 3PL management.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. Experience in building and maintaining solid relationships with modern trade customers in supply chain perspectives.
2. Experience in transportation and 3PL management.
3. Be capable of supply chain project management.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on. Fluent English.
