Your tasks and responsibilities Support customer in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extend. Provide comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand Configure software applications to meet customer needs Act as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features Deliver of Application Training and Application Support for Sales, Installation, and Service is the primary role responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction Working with the Customer Care Centre, taking the ownership of customer applications and systems events, to plan and finish actions that will results in the most effective resolution of customer events in a timely, efficiently, and productive manner In major cases, act as a Sales Representative and provide product demonstrations, to support the achievements of the annual sales plan Develop the Siemens Healthineers brand image, protecting an image of professional and competence at all times Discussing with customers action taken to resolve events and explaining any further actions that may be required Using goo judgement to decide when to investigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer event Work within deadlines to prepare information for management and colleagues when required Informing service management of situations where customer satisfaction is compromised, or contractual obligations are unlikely to be met Your qualifications and experience Radiography Diploma or equivalent (BTech would be advantageous) +/- 3 years experience working in the Computed Tomograpgy (CT) environment Knowledge of clinical applications and workflows Must be willing to travel and work after hours Extensive knowledge of excel Knowledge in the field of PC systems, operating systems network engineering, interface engineering, medical knowledge Sound knowledge of the Computed Tomography equipment A thorough knowledge of company procedures, policies, mission, vison and values Dependability, capacity for teamwork, capability to come to decisions, organizational skills, self-reliance and motivation, and good interpersonal skills Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels Ability t sell, good teaching skills, good team worker Fluency in English; written and spoken Your attributes and skills This role provides support mainly for the Western Cape and Coastal regions however you may be required to support other regions and countries You need to have a valid passport You need to have a valid South Africa drivers licence and your own vehicle You must not have restriction to travel within SADC and abroad You must be able to work overtime during week and weekends as well as on public holidays You must be available on short notice to travel countrywide and to Africa due to operational requirements and on long term projects as well as travel outside of the region to assist nationally Excellence, Quality and Compliance in the daily interaction, operations and reporting is not a negotiable requirement, but absolutely mandatory for this role *** Note: Preference may be given to designated groups in line with our Company’s Employment Equity targets Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: SIEMENS INDUSTRY SOFTWARE SA (PTY) LTD Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
