Division: Customer Services

 

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee the Call Centre performance to achieve service targets set by the Company
  • Ensure the smooth running of Call Centre operation in a cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all enquiries and complaints are dealt with a professional and timely manner with high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer feedback are gathered and reflected to relevant departments for service review, enhance or problem fixing in a timely and controlled manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively involve in budget and manpower planning and ensure operating expenses are deployed to the maximum benefit within approved budget
  • Review and modify policy and procedures to cope with the development of the company
  • Prepare statistical report with detail analysis for management’s review, planning and development
  • Manage the workforce to ensure optimal productivity and good morae are achieved
  • Closely liaise with other departments / Division to ensure strong back-end support and streamline operation issue
  • Work with other department / Division to explore new service opportunities
  • Ensure the performance of outsourcing partner can meet with our target standard and requirement and the operations is in compliance with company standard procedure and guideline
  • Recommend system automation and review procedure on a regular basis in order to uplift operation efficiencies

 

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Tertiary education or Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years experience in telecommunication industry with at least 5 years at managerial level or above
  • Hand-on experience in call center operation; able to work under pressure and independent; good management and interpersonal skill and strong customer service sense
  • Hands-on experience in PC operation (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
