Job Description
【Responsibilities】
- Capture user feedback from all channels (including social media, email, official website, etc.), accurately record and categorize it, and form a weighted database.
- Proactively communicate with users through channels such as phone, email, and social media to understand their problems, concerns, and dissatisfaction.
- Analyze user interviews and problem summaries, identify common problems and trends, and provide solutions and improvement recommendations.
- Support the department's user research needs.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of user issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Follow up on user issues and complaints, and ensure that problems are properly handled and resolved.
- Establish and maintain good user relationships, providing friendly, professional and efficient service.
- Sensitively process and protect the collected user data to ensure data security and privacy.

【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to English majors or related majors, and a minimum of CET-6 English level.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different types of users.
- Strong product sense, able to quickly understand the company's business and scenarios.
- Strong empathy, able to quickly understand user problems and capture user pain points.
- Able to determine the nature, severity, and priority of problems, and actively promote the company's various departments to sort out and discuss the problems, ultimately providing accurate and satisfactory solutions.
- Good problem management and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent cross-departmental team coordination and collaboration skills, working closely with other team members to drive problem resolution.
- Patience and friendly attitude, able to respond to user complaints and challenges in a positive manner.
- Good computer and technical skills, proficient in using office software and customer service tools.
- Certain understanding and awareness of data sensitivity and privacy protection.
