As a Customer Care Engineer, you will be responsible for providing better service to customer including option selection, robot training, robot technology support, etc. to make customer satisfaction, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will train the customer to use ABB robot well..
Your responsibilities
- Supporting sales or customer to select the option of robots according to customer usage requirement
- Answering the question for ABB robot technology clear
- Training the customer to use ABB robot well
- Introducing ABB robotic highlight to customer
- Supporting customer to solve the issue during onsite commissioning, including program optimization
- Supporting to solve the customer complain and root cause analysis in time, special on robot application side
Your background
- 3 years of working experience in robot application
- Good foundation in electrical and electronic, understand PLC controller well
- Excellent PC skill, proficient in Microsoft software including CAD, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in automation, electric or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work under pressure and travel frequently
- Fluency in English
