- Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
- Ensure daily work management is maintained - hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry.
- Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers' needs
- Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
- Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative work
Qualifications
- University graduate
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service in insurance companies
- Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and well organized
- Willing to learn and self-initiated
- Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
- Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1 & Paper 2
