Job Description

Description

  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Ensure daily work management is maintained - hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry.
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers' needs
  • Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative work


Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service in insurance companies
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and well organized
  • Willing to learn and self-initiated
  • Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
  • Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1 & Paper 2
