Business Generation & Fee Generation

• To sign buyers up on London properties for lettings and management, furnishings and finance business

• To liaise with the London lettings offices on the status of the property and inform related parties on completion of the property

• To assist Knight Frank interiors with translating furnishing inventory quotations and liaising with buyers on their furnishing needs

• To develop positive relationships with developers that have office presence in Shanghai

• To develop relationships with introducer and runners in the local market to promote Customer Care services to external buyers

Client Care

• To liaise with the New Homes Development team to ensure efficient delivery of completion to enable the apartment to be live as soon as possible and for the local office to begin marketing for a tenant.

• To communicate effectively with landlords and develop positive relationships with regular formal and informal contact.

Team

• To work collaboratively with Account Manager to generate business for the Far East market

• To liaise with Associate Partner, based in Dubai and the local Knight Frank Interiors on overseas furnishing business and generate opportunities with Chinese developers

• To assist and liaise with local International Project Marketing teams in Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen/Guangzhou, London 31 Lettings offices, London New Homes Property Management team and London Developers Customer Care team in a timely manner

• To promote the lines of business in a proactive manner with all contacts inside and outside of the firm.
  

Qualifications/Education Ideally Required

• Degree educated

• Native in Mandarin Speaking and Written Language, fluent in English Speaking and Written Language (Shanghainese additional benefit)

• Sales background (preferred)

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

• Have the necessary personality, skills and qualifications to manage Chinese landlord expectations

• Personality and flair to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner at all levels in a variety of communication styles.

• Strong interest within the London Property Market

• A flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude

• A self-starter with a good degree of initiative and self-motivation who can deliver effective work without the need for close management
