1,Sales Order processing: including order entry & booking, invoice preparing, RMA handling, new customer creation & list price maintain in system. etc.
2,Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
3,Prepare reports required by management team and review backlog with customers.
4,Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve timely.
5,Deal with customer complaints, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
6,Assist on process/system improvement projects.
7,Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
