Responsibilities:

• Review and comment on Language Arts materials
• Support the Language Arts and English panel members on teaching ideas and materials
• Recommend or develop educational materials for the Language Arts or English curriculum
• Support the English Panel Head on curriculum planning and English Department administrative work
• Assist the English Panel Head on curriculum mapping
• Substitute lessons on a need basis
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGDE) or equivalent is preferred
• Attainment of / exemption from LPAT (for English Language)
• Minimum 5 years of primary teaching experience
• Preferably with experience in curriculum planning or coordination
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Working period is around April 2020 to July 2020
