• Provide the professional and efficient people service during the whole employee life cycle to ensure compliance of the company policy and guidelines as well as legal regulations.
  

• Work closely with business team, assisting them to understand and implement the projects to ensure the alignment with our mission and ways of working.
  

• Maintain all the Culture & People data accurately and timely for analysis and make recommendations with the findings to support our key initiatives’ delivery and facilitation.
  

• Build the positive and effective communications with the employees. Provide observation, feedback and improvement proposals to business.
  

• Support to organize employee activities & company events.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above.
• 3-5 years' working experience with the general HR function in multinational companies.
• Proactive attitude & Strong communication skill

• Proficiency in all employment-related laws and regulations in China.

• Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English

Good command of MS Office
