Job Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for TikTok live streaming, controlling the atmosphere and rhythm, and establishing an interactive and trustworthy environment in the live room.
2、Showcase, introduce, and promote products on the TikTok live platform.
3、Introduce live streaming gameplay and promotional activities according to team scripts, interact with fans, increase fan numbers and loyalty, and improve product conversion rates.
4、Actively engage with the audience, guide them to follow the account or purchase products, and address fan inquiries.
5、Actively complete live streaming sessions and duration to achieve expected live streaming results.
6、Cooperate with the production of product short videos, such as assisting in content creation and on-screen shooting for short videos.

Qualifications：
1、Fluent in spoken Japanese (native level), with experience studying abroad or living abroad preferred, Japanese nationality or Japanese exchange students are even better.
2、Personal characteristics are moldable, affable, expressive, with a strong desire to perform, passionate about the live streaming industry, and willing to showcase oneself in front of the camera.
3、Bonus points for having certain Japanese speaking and expression abilities (e.g., sharing in beauty, fashion, and accessories; personal talents: cooking, baking, tea art, pour-over coffee, singing, dancing, musical instruments, etc.).
4、Experience is not important, your passion for live streaming is sufficient.
5、Beautification skills, communication abilities, chat topics, anchor image and temperament, and account packaging will all be trained by the company.
