Cross Border Business Management Manager (Job ID: 2675)      

Responsibilities

• To assist Team Head to formulate and implement business strategies in driving two-way business referral and revenue growth
• To drive to increase uptake of bank product & services of Mainland and Overseas customers
• To achieve the overall business target and generate extra revenue contribution from Mainland and Overseas customers
• To consolidate stakeholders' feedback and the latest cross border market trend so as to assist in business development
• To participle in offsite events and travel occasionally subject to business needs
• To engage in networking activities with BEA Group and other business partners in both Hong Kong and China to enhance the customer referral effectiveness
• To closely monitor the sales performance against preset targets and alert senior management on performance gaps for decision making
• To perform sales analytics / intelligence and devise performance improvement initiatives and contests to boost sales progress
• To collaborate with different business owners for products and services enhancement and modification

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or Finance;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector with at least 3 years of managerial position, preferably in segment management / cross border business
• Sound knowledge about the bank’s products and services, sales practices and sales compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
