Our client is looking for talent to join their team

1. Prepare facilities letters, instruction letters and general correspondence for banking facilities
2. Liaise with marketing units and solicitor firms to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work 
3. Checks confirmation letters from solicitor firms to ensure that mortgages are executed in accordance with instructions
4. Check the necessary loan and security documents are in order
5. Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time
6. Immediate availability candidates are preferred
