Credit Management Manager (Job ID: 2724)

Responsibilities

• To maximize the profit by balancing risks and returns
• To assist team head in designing the Credit Policy for risk control and business growth
• To enhance and implement risk management framework and policies
• To perform independent assessment on credit proposals and provide recommendations
• To provide professional advice to stake holders on credit guideline and risk control
• To liaise with business parties for obtaining up-to-date credit assessment technique
• To understand internal customers’ need and meet its expectation

Requirements

• University graduate,
• Preferable over 5 years’ experience in banking sector
• Minimum 3 years in supervision of credit management
• Sound knowledge in retail lending products;
• Exposure in policy formulation is an advantage;
• Experience with decisioning system is preferable;
• Good understanding of credit risk, compliance, regulations and rules;
• Independent, able to work under pressure and detail-oriented;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
