Principal Accountability
1.Daily data download and input: Bank receipt, payment reconcile, daily AR report download…
2.Send daily overdue report external and internal to follow collection and make sure each invoice be paid on time;
3.Daily Collect BAB and Demestic LC and maintain in report as receipt and monitor quota usage to make sure total quota under control;
4.Unregularly communicate with sales to about customer’s overdue issue or any other collection problems;
5.Monthly financial invoice booking and collection, need confirm and send statement to customer before book manual invoice in system.
6.Prepare and submit cash application report for each customer;
7.Some document filing and paper work;

Key Qualities Required
1. At least work 3-4 days per work;
2. Good in excel, word and other office skills;
3. Good competence in written English;

Qualifications
Prefer major in Finance or Accounting 财务、经济、税务

Compensation:160rmb/day
