Job Responsibilities:

Play a Lead Role in New Campaigns:

• Develop big campaigns ideas and pitch to clients

• Manage campaign asset development process

• Manage overall creative execution

• Assist on presenting campaign results to clients

Play a Creative Supporting Role to Teams:

• When requested by teams, provide creative direction for baseline content

• Oversee team engagement campaigns and monitor results

• Assist on engagement reporting (develop customized templates)

Provide Creative Leadership for Teams:

• Lead a team of art director and designers from project ideation and conceptual development to project delivery.

• Ensures high quality standards in all creative and that they meet all client deliverables

• Over time, management of campaign and engagement reporting will provide insight into developing stronger campaigns and engagements

• Share data-driven findings from campaign reports and engagements to AD and AM in monthly Creative Leadership WIP

• Share learning and actionable insights teams can use for future campaigns and engagements

Provide PR and Marketing Support:

• Develop new innovative case studies

• Submit to and win marketing awards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Must be fluent in both Chinese and English; spoken and written required

• 10+ year integration working experience in creating overarching ATL/digital ideas for clients, video and photo shooting experiences, previous experience in advertising/digital agencies, or in mobile, internet advertising companies, interactive marketing companies, social media agencies, brand marketing departments preferred

• Be knowledgeable of China social media (BBS, Weibo, WeChat, KOLs, etc.) and digital marketing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Be able to convince and influence others effectively

• Be highly detailed and thorough in all work

• Fast thinking and resourceful

• Must be firm, confident, optimistic, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and innovative
